Yes Russ us still running an intercooler. He was worried about the 6.0 cooler being to large increasing his water temps. I believe that was due to something else though. It's all mine though

But it looks like you have a metal flex line going from your filter to the IP?

Can that be done with any size flex line?

That would sure be easier then working the that hard metal line that ALWAYS leaks!

I have an M2 freightliner intercooler here, 3.5" inlet and outlet. Looks like this one. I might use it on my 92 F350 if I swap in the 7.3T. I got it for free, needs a minor TIG repair...The engine was a 300HP Mercedes 900 series.

Yes it is a stainless braid teflon line, there were some advantages working aroung the Helo co. at evergreen.!
There is also one from the transfer pump to filter.

Here are some pics of the 7.3 cooler cut down.
I dont think I have any installed, the in and outs are in a little different places between the two,

I went with it to uncover more of the condensor. I like my ac cold.

does your fan clutch work good? mine has been one aggressive sob since the intercooler install.
