Well, when your a one man show you try to find easier ways to do things. I got to find out the bolt head on top of the 2003 Super Duty spring pack was a bit larger than the '93 Dana 60 U-bolt top bracket hole. A 13/16 drill bit arrived today and once the weather gets out of the 21 degree range, I will be back on this project.
I hope to have this back on the road on my own official holiday. April 1st.

Your's is shiny and pretty. Mine has gotten to the point of just needing it back on the road and now working on this toy outside in a tent. 18 degrees yesterday, 26 this morning and currently at 30 this afternoon. Rains return late Saturday and warmer temps also will come along.
The best part of this project will come when I have to get the drive lines made to fit the Allison.
