Finally, picked up a Stock Kingpin Dana 60 front axle out of an '87 F350 to SLAP into my "84 F250!!!!

But I just want to go over for Necessary parts (Add any that you think are needed), so I have everything on hand before I tear it apart.

-Driver side bracket for the U-Bolts(Can you Re-use from the TTB set up?)
-Steering Linkages
-Leaf Springs(Size?)
-Brake lines(Can I just Re-Use the stock ones from the TTB set up?)
-Drive Shaft(Am I able to Re-Use from the TTB set up?)

Thanks,

Spacer blocks for the rear springs. They're taller on a D60 truck.
Track bar bracket and track bar. You'll need to drill two holes for the track bar bracket in the engine crossmember. One hole from the TTB bracket is reused, the other two will need to be drilled. 86 and newer trucks have them already punched.
The original TTB driveshaft will fit, but you may have vibration issues. To use the double cardan shift from the F350 you'll have to switch front output yokes on the transfer case. Those yokes can be tough to find unless you have the donor truck available.

I should also mention my 84 has a 208 transfer case. The double cardan yoke from the 1356 t case wouldn't fit it so I had to reuse my original TTB shaft.

Three paths you can go but will only cover two:

Stock f350 height would be this:
4in block for the rear,
stock f350 front leafs,
stock track bar bracket, pmf has one to that spec,
stock or adjustable track bar
pitman should be fine
brake hose is the same between the two so should fine for the ~1-1/2 lift
unsure if the f250 driveshat will fit

cheap and tall.
4in rear blocks with f-super springs
F-super front leafs with rear hangers
4in drop track bar bracket
adjustable track bar
4in drop pitman
4in longer front and 6in longer rear brake hoses
the f250 driveshat fits fine

This is cheap and tall on 35s

F250 shaft doesn't always fit. One D60 swap I did on a '90 (stock f350 leafs also swapped) needed 2" taken out of it. (Was a D44 7.3/5spd truck.)

The f250 calipers fit right on the 60... never opened the brake lines.

Thanks for all the replies, they have been quite helpful, however,

Do you need a Track Bar?

And

Do you know where I can find the Driver side U-Bolt Bracket, that Doesn't hold its weight in Gold?

An RSK conversion may get you away from the Trac bar. Otherwise the front shackle is too unstable.

I would notch the casting if a ubolt bracket cannot be found.

Not sure where to find one but if you cant find one here is a flip kit as a alternative, you want the optional shock mounts with this.

U-bolt flip kit

The factory spring plates are too narrow to use when fliping the u-bolts

When I did this on ‘87 F250HD, I reused the TTB front springs and left the stock 2” rear spring spacers which resulted in front/rear heights being nearly level when unloaded. Stock F350 sits about 2” higher in rear. I later did Sky’s RSK with SuperDuty “U” code springs and needed to go to F350 rear spring spacers to level up.

Not sure what the secret is but know even with track bar, if it’s bushings are badly worn contributes to “death wobble”

IMHO, the trac bar is a bandaid for the unstable front shackle.

When the shackle is at the correct end... a good toe adjustment, and having enough caster keeps most DW in check.

Well that may be true. The DW I experienced (and which went away after replacing the worn trac bar bushings) was prior to doing RSK. Retained the TB though and no DW so no doubt beneficial but essential with RSK- ?? Would need someone with real life experience on RSK w/o T-Bar to weight in.
