Injector question...

Just ordered some moose mate injectors on Friday from Conestoga diesel injection, so stoked for them to get in! I took out my old injectors and found a decent amount of rust on the threads and in the bore.... don't know what this means but it was pretty concerning.... maybe you guys will know..

The rust you found really means nothing. Remember the injector threads do not seal anything like water but the copper gasket at the bottom does seal. So any water from washing off the top of the engine may get past the injector threads and cause the rust you are seeing. Enjoy the new injectors from Mel. You have purchased the best product that has been proven many times around the world.
