21 isnt hard to beleave mine gets 21-23 highway and 17 around town and im damn happy with that but it is 2wd

I dont see 21 as unbelievable. I got 21 hand calculated when i was moving across the country pulling a small trailer. I figure if it was just the truck unloaded i could see a little better. I wouldn't write off seeing closer to 23. Then again i drive 55 mph, since i have that darn slushbox.

I can't even sniff 17 mpg let along 21. Out of all the diesel's my dad has owned in the past, the best was 19-20 with an '04 PSD.

The best I've gotten with the '85 was about 12 and I'm getting 13.6 in the '89 with the hubs locked. I know it can be done, but I guess I'm just jealous
