for those who know the CA152/CA33 junction, yes it's the truck from that very Chevron station. Didn't get to meet the orig owners unfortunately.

I think I remember driving by that truck a number of times...when I lived in the South Bay, I stopped at the 152/33 Chevron/Petro station (I don't remember exactly when it changed hands; I think it was in '00 or maybe '01...this pic was taken in July '01 and it was owned by Petro by then) pretty regularly on my way to and from L.A. ...although I thought that that truck was sitting at the 76 station across the street? Maybe my memory's screwing up on me yet again cookoo

Is it a 2x or a 4x? It sits really tall, but I don't seen any lockouts.....

BTW - Cool Truck... and a Slantnose to boot!!!!!

Is it a 6.9 or a 7.5?
this truck currently is a 6.9. here's the pics with the OBS nose hung on it now:D
it's just roughed in for the time being and still needs to be shimmed and gapped.
and to those who wonder if the cowl needs to be changed out....yes it does.
