How many of you have had success with a rebuild. Some say once it leaks that it is done for good. I do not want to spend the money for a new pump now but I also do not want to spend it later. Rebuild or not.

If it's just leaking, go to dieselorings.com and get a re-seal kit, when your on there web site look for instruction.

It is just leaking and that is my plan. I have done a lot of reading on this and i see two sides. I just hope i do not have problems with the thred conditons after removing the plugs and fittings.

So glad i took this project on. All the info i gained from this site and the web was priceless. Went smooth, thankfully. No leak and the engine is clean as can be for now.
