How to make a greaseable Throw Out Bearing

Hey Calvin, you promised me you'd teach me how to make a greaseable throw out bearing for my ZF5 out of a standard one. So... how do you?
I've never even seen one for a T19 so I dont have the first idea of how they made it work. Because that bearing spins, right? How would you be able to put something like a grease fitting on a bearing that otherwise should be a balanced rotating assembly? I think this would be awesome info for people, even if its something that they have to modify themselves to get one.

id like to know about this info also
for the t-19 trans you are not greasing the bearing your greasing the quill shaft (nose of the trans where the tob rides)
sean you seen my pics from my thread the bering seazed on th shaft and broke
