How to get there from here, or "favorite forums"

Here's one I haven't figured out, that maybe somebody has. Is there a way to have a list of favorite forums, and/or a way to get from your user control panel (like when you've finished reading your PM's) to a particular forum, without clicking on the Oilburners.net tree at the top under the logo? Right now, I just click an IE favorite, but I'm not always on the same computer.

Scroll clear down to the bottom and you will see forumn jump , click it and select where you want to go to.
