Thats a big messy right there. Had you taken pics before you removed these parts things would be going back together easily. This forum does have pics but sadly I do not. Best I can tell you is just experiment and go slowly. The ac power steering mounts and bolts are the hard side to do. Try looking closely at the mounts. Many times they can show you how they fit by the marks on them. Also the serpentine belt system is much simpler but you still need the correct bolts or you will have issues. Even if the serpentine bolts are missing you can still make studs and have it work fine.

Look at my build thread. I just pulled this stuff off mine. There are some pics.

Looks like I will be turning a spacer. I think there is some kind of spacer there. I'll pull the other motor out of the hole and clean that ps mount point off and see exactly what's there.

Here is a picture of the PS pump with AC deleted, and the alt bracket minus the alt.

Looks like you completely removed the bracket that the A/C pump bolts onto. Did your PS pump come with the dual belt pulley?

That is the way non AC trucks were. I found some stuff at the junk yard. I never thought about the double pulley, but now I see some are single. I figured I would run two belts since I have hydroboost and if one fails I still have brakes.
