I went down to a highly rated long time in business diesel shop this morning to buy some motorcraft plugs and he handed me a set of a/c delco 12 g's. He said that they were better than the motorcraft and would run quite a bit longer before burnout. He didnt even stock the motorcraft, so I guess I will try these and see what happens.:dunno

I know everybody says not to use Autolites, but I do. Not the replacements for my truck tho. I use the 1110's. They are rated for 12 Volts not 6 like what is used in our trucks. They are used in Hummers, and have the blade connectors like the 6.9. The military version ones use the bullet connectors like the 7.3. Did some very abusive testing on them and the AC 60G's. Went as high as 24v and the 60G burnt out. The 1110 didn't swell or anything. Tested all the ones I put in my truck the same way before installing them. I plan on pulling them out to see if there's any build up them. When I do I'll post some pics.
