Will a worn ip cause hard start cold? Fast idle solenoid is missing from
pump i assume. No plunger to increase throttle on side of pump.
Replaced injectors, caps, lines, bad gps. Manual button on gps. 9+
volts on all gp connectors. Two 31 batteries. Fires instant when hot
with no gp cycle time.

Ok how do i get up to 12 volts then. I dedicated wire with soldered copper terminals straight from battety to gp relay with fused of course. Ive got 12v on both sides of relay. What have i missed. Ive got 9 point something at all the connectors. Should i make a new harness to glow plugs?

Not sure what you mean by plunger missing on pump. Are you refering to the drivers side of the injection pump having that plunger missing or are you talking about the fast idle solenoid plunger missing.

Oh... Gotcha.
I bet the engine harness plug is melty. The big plug between the passenger valve cover and fender.

Need to either run new wire. Or just cut the two big wires at the harness, and connect them.

Oh try removing that z strip metal piece. I forgot about it.

If that doesn't help, I bet you need a new relay.

Tach fixed. Power drop off is at 1750rpm its like i hit a wall. Dont know if that is info of any merit to hard starting. Pulled glow plugs today and watched them glow. Full glow at 8 sec on new ones and up to 12 on old.
