the price is right, for a van turbo set up alone and the studs.
you can convert that to 4x for around 5 grand with a rebuilt transmission.

Just found this one it seems like it a really good deal I don't care about the appearance as long as the engine is good. And I could do a 4x4 conversion and lift for it for Way cheaper than 12k.

What do you guys think?

I think this one could be what you want for half of the asking price of the flamewagon. And have a turbo to boot.

Haha yes paint job would be definitely first on the list for sure!

I've been reading on how to do the conversion and the lift and it doesn't seem like there is much info out there. Ujoint off-road has kits but their $5-7k just for the 4x4. Is there a way to get most the parts from the junkyard and what exactly would you need?

Also would a 1984 lift kit for a truck work for the van?
