Glow plug

I put a monatary switch to work my glow plugs. When I push the switch shouldn't I be able to check the amount of voltage going to the glow plugs Thanks Curt

Do you mean using the factory cluster gauge? You should see a drop in voltage when the gps are on, as they pull some decent juice.

Should be able to take the wires off the glow plugs and put the ( + ) end of your volt meter on the wire and the ( - ) on the block and read the voltage when the button is pushed.

1990 F350 dually 7.3 with a banks Sidewinder Turbo

Should be getting 12v at the GP...
