I see a steady drip coming out of the green wire "sensor" on top of the fuel filter. Does this unscrew or what?

Thats just an o-ring leaking. Remove the filter. Then remove the filter threaded head from the aluminum filter housing. I think its a 1 inch wrench. Then use down from the electrical connecter from outside the housing and the heater will just pop out. The o-ring is usually an International only part and is cheap at around $2.50 each... But two and have a spare. Do a search here for the international part number.
