Make sure to put some rtv around the keyway and the shaft. What you can do is put it all back together and then put some rtv behind the large washer and let it squish out as you tighten the large center bolt. If you don't do something with the keyway and the shaft, you can have a oil leak in this area, even though you have a new seal.

They above is correct.. Oil can leak past the keyway easily. Removing the seal is easy. So is installing it. The speedi sleeve is stupid simple for the dampener too.
