You need the floor pan cover piece too, the automatic has a different shape and woln't clear.

It's a worthwhile swap for sure, and the price is fairly reasonable. Good luck!

I have 2 94s sitting here floor pans look the same to me but I don't know

Hmm, well maybe I'm wrong. On the older trucks you do have to change the pan. (just the removable part around the shifter though, not the whole cab floor) The C6 pan is essentially flat while the ZF has about a 1" raised area. Maybe the E4OD also uses that raised floor pan....
