It was actually no more complicated than an IDI. This fuse controls the Glow plugs. I saw there was no wait to start light, tried jumping the GPC and it still wouldn't start. I checked the fuse and replaced it, and still no start. Then I surmised someone may have been cranking on it for long periods of time and drained the HPOP reservoir. Filled that and it fired right off. Other thyan the HPOP reservoir part (which was simple) the same thing could have happened to an IDI.
