Alright, the fuel filter housing is cracked. anybody have a part number for it? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!

Even with a cracked housing, yu should be getting fuel to it and it should be leaking out under pressure. If its not getting fuel either its not getting pumpd, there is a leak before the pump, there is a restriction, or you have a plugged tank vent ( very common, and easily tested for by leaving your fuel cap loose and it would cause exactly the problem that you are having )

Well it ended up being the lift pump. I apparently bought a bad one from Oreilly's, and went and got another one at Napa. The truck now crank and runs, and I am major league relieved.

Happy to learn you got it fixed.. Sad to say thats what we are being sold these days. Poorly made or rebuilt parts seems to be the norm. Hopefully this is a trend that will fail and we get to go back to what really worked and lasted. I really have never liked the lifetime warrantys. So what if I only pay for it once but every other time its free.. I'm guessing the rebuilders have no sence what our time is worth...
