Long story, but I lost mine. I need the clamp and bolt that holds the dip stick in place...

If any of you guys with junk motors have one, I'd love to buy it off of ya...

i might have one, i have to dig threw my 84 to check for you...at one time i had two dipsticks, why dont you just make something to hold it in place there?

On some motors, yes. There are 3 different styles of dipstick tubes that have been used over the years. One piece, two piece, and with 2 different retaining methods.

Hey Tom! I've just been working my **** off. I dont have any room in the garage out here (temp rental living situation) so I havent been doing many truck things....

Still looking for that clamp in anybody has one. Thanks for pointing out the dif ones mel. Mine is a 92.5+ motor. One piece dip stick tube.
