differences between a ford and interntional 7.3idi

Hey guys.. im wondering whats the major or minor differences between the 7.3 in the ford truck and the international version in my s1600 uhual truck. My truck is an 89 with a 5 speed tranny..

Just in case im at a pull a part yard and see an idi truck..Ive never looked much at the fords as im a dodge truck guy.

Like Towcat said, long blocks are the same. Only not so bolt on thing I can think of would be the alignment dowles in the back of the block are much longer on pickup aplications.

We need to get Trina to pose with TTTM's truck. Too bad he's all the way on the other side of the country! And I don't think wifey would approve.:backoff

firstly, if I ever do make it to a rally, it's highly doubtful the wife would ever willingly come to one.
second........i seriously doubt it would go over well at a "family" event.:eek:
besides...she own a Altima hybrid. She had the "ewww" look on her face when I gave her a ride home in the '92 CC

Ask him how he gets all those hotties in there. There seems to be a parade of them coming to his shop......hmmmm.
