Deeper Lug Nuts Needed

So I've finally got my 315s mounted and I am test fitting them and I am finding that I cannot use the stock lug nuts as I don't have the clearance for a deep well socket in the counterbore around the lug openings. Anybody have any referrals on best products/pricing on a deep set of lugs. I am not too concerned about appearance, just want good stuff at a reasonable price.

Check with a tire shop, they should be able to get what you need. If not there are slim wall sockets out there that will let you get into tight areas.

We had to buy a complete set of EXTRA-thin-wall sockets just to service those deep-welled type of wheels.

The only way I have ever seen these sockets available is in complete sets.

The sockets are so thin that the first mistake will put a crack in them, thus ruining them for further use.

lug nuts are one of the things that are best bought in person, go to a local shop, probably cheeper too

Mine has the same problem. The nuts need to be at least 2" or I can't get my 4 way on it. I had 2 busted studs on each front tire when I got the truck. Had the studs replaced, and now I need new lug nuts for them. My local Car Quest had 2 of them from American Racing, and they worked fine. They just called today to let me know that they got more in for me. Mine are 2" long, and take a 7/8" wrench and have a 9/16-18 thread. Cost was about $5 each.

One of the local tire shops that deals in a lot of custom rims offered to sell me some that take a smaller wrench so that they fit down in the rim, but I didn't want to buy 32 of them.

that sucks, i got mine at a local tire shop, they are about 2in long, but they are fine thread superduty.... out the door for less than 45 bucks, with the lug key to take them off with
