dash panel removal

90 F-350 with E4OD. Overdrive switch broke off from dash panel. Looks like it has some spring clips holding panel on or is there something else? Doesn't seem to want to pry, don't want to make things any worse than they are.

Don't remember what side has a screw holding it and what side has a push in clip. The think the drivers side just prys off but the passenger side screws in. These are the lower dash panels and the knobs for the head lights and window washer must come off. Those can be tricky too. With the key off you can turn the knobs enough to see the flat spring clip that needs to be pushed towards the knob end. Not towards the dash panel.

Left side panel pops off, right side has one bolt holding it in that is revealed after removing the left side panel.
