I have a 1977 ford f150 4wd that i am goin to swap a 24 valve cummins. How hard would it be?

Yer gonna need the computer to run the engine.
Having not done a swap before I can't tell ya all that you will need. Darrin Tosh swapped in an early 12v with the rotary pump into his brick nose ford. I helped with yanking the donor out but putting it back in I missed....
Do you have the 24 motor already? if not have you considered a 12 valve swap, all the 12v motors (first gen - rotary pump and second gen - p-pump - inline pump) only need one wire to effectively run. They are both mechanical injection motors so they are pretty simple to swap. Just make 'em fit....

yeah i have a 24 valve and I have a 5 speed trans and I have the computer. A painless wiring harnest kit from painless wiring and a swap kit for the 24 valve from http://www.fordcummins.com .
