The manual says: code 67 MLPS Out of range/AC ON . If the AC clutch is on during test, this code will appear. Shut off the AC or Deforst and repeat test. If the AC unit was OFF during the test, go to the code in the following section.

T89T-20010-J fits in appropriate slots.
If any other codes appear service those codes first as they can effect the electrical operation of the transmission.
So gathering that, you will have to fix the code 23 first.
Right off hand I would say you have a wiring problem someplace.
I would first check the connection on the passenger side of the tranny, remove the shield, unlock the tab and pull the connector out be the wires, check for corroded pins, use a mirror to see the connection on the tranny. Then check the connection on the drivers side for the same thing. Check every grounding connection you can find for corrosion/rust and tightness. Does your tach or speedometer operate irregular?
The TPS...It recieves a 5 volt reference on the Brown/White ---- ground circuit on the Black/White wire. It also sends a .9 volt to 4.5 volt signal on the Green/White wire to the PCM to indicate throttle position.
The IVS is a normally closed switch. It has 2 wires, 1 is a Brown, a fused battery voltage wire , the other is Red/Orange and goes to the PCM to confirm pedal position. When the pedal is in the idle position the Brown wire at the IVS is battery voltage and the Red/Orange wire is 0 volts.
As pedal travel increases to approximately 1.3 volts as indicated on the Green/White wire at the AP sensor[or TPS], the voltage on the Red/Orange wire should increase to battery voltage to indicate acceleration.
Make sure the fuse has a solid connection.
