Take a look at the setup hypermax has for their cowl induction. I bought one of those things and it works GREAT. With a little sheet metal skill it would not be hard to make something similar to match up to the firewall and make your own ( or if you don't feel like that much hassle, the things aren't that expensive )

I built one with the intake hose off my old 97 psd, 4 inch exahust 90 and k&n cone filter.
It works great!!! and if you want i will post pics.
