Ok I got a day off.I released the tension on the belt so I could check the pulleys. The idler is jamup jelly tight. The tensioner is sloppy. The belt is 25% off the pulley.I'm going to replace the tensioner.Any tricks to replacing it?
Thanks for all your help.

Ch302k, by chance are you John?
And its pretty straight forward, and if possible get the tensioner with the shock as opposed to the one without.

is it just unscrew that torx screw and the tensioner and spring will slide off?

i got my tensioner today and looked at the instructions proovided, for some reason the first step is to drain the coolant. Then they go on about disconnecting the ps pump. I thought it was just a simple take belt off undo old tensioner, bolt on new and then put belt on?

IT IS remove the belt...unbolt the tensioner....remove, install new one and bolt in place....replace belt!
