well now everything is falling in place back to my motor build
here is the plan so far
moose pump maybe depends on budget
psd valve springs
type4 cam
type4 injectors 2300 pop
cut off gps
air grid heater
billet injector caps (if that guy gets them made by then)
hx 35 turbo remote mount
intercooler (if its even worth it after the remote mount)
hoping to run 17 psi and up ill gradually increase it as i feel its safe
custom intake manifold to access ip easier im thinking log style because itll be under boost
ported heads for better flow
considering **** too but need to learn more about it
head studs

copper spray on headgaskets
right stuff for the problem gaskets like ip cover and valve covers
victor reins gaskets everywhere else

im going to use most of incometax to get a lot done
but till then lots of cleaning and that crap still and im going to set the hx35 up on the truck to test the setup out

then once the motor is built it will be swapped into the truck

any tips comments or questions ask away

i want to rethink my whole plan and make sure its right

i recently put the project off because i found oilburners and found this site more advanced than another i was on at the time

and thanks for all the help ive had here over the time i been on this site

i already have the hx35 and i will problly end up upgrading it a bit
the injector caps being billet should seal better the plastic ones can deform thought it would be nice to have

there nothing wrong with the plastic ones, my 89 has the origanal o-rings plastic caps and returnlines, not a single one leaks a drop

Who is making the billet return caps?

And i dont have a clue what my timing is, i know its on the advanced side because it rattles alot, i think im going to retard it abit

is the timing maxed?
im basing a lot off of what youve done because you seem to have the best seat of the pants thing going

It isnt right now, it seems that before the turbo maxxed timing gave more power but after the turbo it neede a little less timing

What do you want to do that is going to require all that power your wanting?

I mean i want the same amount of power but i cant imagine what would require that much power? The reason i want it is just to raise hellLOL
