ATS 088 turbo install

So, I thought I would document my journey installing a turbo 92 idi 4x4 zf5 .

Bout damn time.......

I checked in the tech articles; there are threads on 2nd gen Banks and Hypermax installs, but nothing for any of the ATS kits.......which are arguably the most common and seem to be more of a pain as far as installation goes.

Might be nice for the next poor ******* trying to do it in their driveway over the weekend. I know I had to do it twice after it puked oil everywhere on the first attempt.

That's a 085 ats if I'm not mistaken, unless it's just the airbox to one

Same setup as I have: it’s one of the early 088 systems where they used the air box off of an 085. Only seen a handful of them, but important to note you can’t necessarily go off the air box if it’s the rectangular 085 version.

Yup. I have the same setup with 088 matched to the old box.
