I cannot ship anything without aan address, whats the point of a paypal account without a shipping address or at least a note with it on there.

Well yesterday was a 14 hour day, dont have time or energy to mine thru all the messages to find and address , but when I do and there isnt one, its very irritating. And ive said before, doesnt matter what year truck, need to know the type of return kit as they have been changed./ mixed up over the years.

I say this having zero experience developing any sort of website, but I wonder if setting up some sort of online page would help out. If nothing else, it'll give you a means to have an order entry form so you get all the info you need.

The above posting is a great idea but... We all know some orders will be submitted incomplete.. I'm sure there is a way so that only complete orders will be accepted... Good luck Russ.

I do have to apologize for not knowing what style kit I needed. Just a thought for your website, when you place an order for a return line kit it may be helpful to have a small picture distinguishing between the early and late kit and a check box underneath, make this a required selection before the order is submitted. I do thank you for providing what seems to be one of the highest regarded kits for us to use.
