Aftermarket wastegate any good?

Here are some pics to help show how the 093 WG is set up and hopefully help understand what i said in my last post.

in this one you can see the hole that the WG flapper covers, and then will "uncover" when your desired boost pressure is reached. For lack of better words the flapper sits on top of the hole. does not go inside the hole.

In this one you can see the flapper and the linkage in the outlet elbow with the down pipe attached to it. when the WG rod is pushed out of the WG head like i said in my last post it will push the linkage so the flapper will un cover the hole in the above pic, relieving drive pressure into the exhaust pipe.

Thats for the nice pictures. I see the differance in what I was posting. BTW nice shop in the background too... I'm green with envoy...

Was that not a rust hole on one of the wheel arches or is that a different truck?

It's still pretty nice.

Different truck .... One your thinking of is in Kentucky with 225,000... This one is flawless ... And it's a 5 speed :)

Nice looking rig. I'm always impressed seeing the great looking rigs that are pictured here. It gives me faith that they are still out there.

Thank ya! It will be a true 1994 F350 turbo IDI when I'm done ... Have all new suspension with overloads , front & rear sway bars, Dana 60.... Four refinished like new 95-97 3140 factory alloys with 295-75-16 bfg's.. Even have a set of turbo diesel , and f350 XLT badges ..... Been collecting these nos parts for over a year to build this truck
