98 Ram 3500 diesel, trade for Excursion 4x4

Hi all, I would like to trade my 1998 Ram 3500 ext.cab dually 4x4 diesel for a Ford Excursion 4x4. My Ram has 140,000 miles on it and is a very good running truck. A little rust is starting at the bottom of the doors where all the Dodge trucks start to rust. No holes, just paint coming off and surface rusting. I would love to find a powerstroke Excursion, but those aren't given up easily. So I would take a V-10 or 5.4 Excursion too, as long as they're under 150,000 miles and four wheel drive. Here's a couple of pics of my truck taken back in the summer/fall.
