Well it most likely is. The HD versions all had 9/16" wheel studs. The LD versions all had 1/2" wheel studs. That's a quick way to tell. The diesels only came out in the HD versions. The 460 may have been the same, but I'm not sure on that. It still doesn't mean that these came with a D60 front end though.
