I guess the next question is what do you want to do with the truck? I mean, do you want it to run 75-80mph comfortably or are you shooting for a 100mph truck?

You need to put that turbo and intercooler on there and then turn up the fuel. I'd ditch that restrictive muffler too. With a turbo, you don't really need one anyway.

Derrick's diesel rebuilt the pump in Barrie Ontario..I guess they did not test it then, the rev limiter was raised to 3400rpm ( I would have not know this if it wasn't for the forum) it made a big difference. I am trying to get more power so it's not such a dog on the hills....we have almost worn out the 4way flashers out. I might try to install the intercooler tomorrow and then figure out where the turbo will mount.

That extra rpm sure made a difference with a load on. What is a typ4's regrind?

PM typ4 about the specs and pricing. These engines are really cam limited, and Russ' regrind will wake the truck up. Just install and go. You will like it.
