Not sure what else to tell you other than throw 2 quarts of MMO in there and tell us what happens in another 500 miles. The MMO does seem to work, but slowly.

Looks to me, where the push rod connects to the rocker arm BROKE damn

Not necessarily the end of the world.... Rotate the engine by hand until that lifter starts to "open" that valve. Use a prybar or something to gently push the valve open and see if it hits anything. Do this until you have completely rotated past the cam lobe. If it doesn't hit anything and the push rod isn't bent you should be good to replace the rocker and go with it.

Where did you purchase the pump and injectors from? Are the injectors rebuilt? Did you time the engine when you replaced these items? No amount of timing by ear or lining up the marks is timing your engine.

injectors were from r&D and injection pump was installed by a shop that i know. works on specifically 7.3s pump is OEM

from that picture i looked over the video again i dont think roker arm is broke ughhhhhhh

If the rocker arm is broken like it appears to be, it would have a bad miss too. It looks like the whole back of the rocker arm is gone. It couldn't open the valve this way and the cylinder wouldn't work right.
