Yeah it’s not broken.. I looked back over the picture, there’s a fuel return line in the way if you look close enough

True but if you could take a clearer picture, then you could tell whether or not this rocker arm looked like the others or if part really is missing.

Thought it was broken, I guess not, fuel line was just in the way, making it look broke. I guess I’m gonna going with lifters at this point.

I think that I may see some of your problem. It appears that there is RTV on the return cap in your picture. Somone could have tried to fix a fuel leak there by putting RTV on your o-rings. THAT IS TROUBLE! If some was to break off, it could plug up another part of your return system. I'd recommend that you replace your return lines and o-rings right away. It may not be causing your knock, but it can't be good for your fuel system.

Yeah, it’s all good no fuel leaks, you heard the knock? With the video? Runs smooth no miss or anything. Starts after 10 seconds after running. Knock gets louder

Loosen one injector at a time to see if it goes away. At least that will verify which cylinder.

I think you have a spun/failing connecting rod bearing. Would explain why it gets louder when it’s warm. Metal expands and creates more gap for the connecting rod to bang around the crank as it rotates. If you still have the oil from the first draining I suggest pouring it through some cheese cloth and inspect for metalic pieces/chips or bearing glitter (looks kind of like gold dust) When I spun a rod bearing it sounded like someone pounding the block with a hammer. Then again I hope I’m wrong. Don’t abandon the thread, let us know what you find out.

Sounds to me like if the MMO doesn't help you're best bet is to pull the motor and start looking at bearings and journals. A knock it the lower end can also travel up and sound like it's in the top giving you a false sense of where it really is. When my flex plate came apart I thought the same thing that it was top end. Didn't find it till I really tore into it to find out for sure.
