Thought it might be helpful to document this here for others searching in the future and to make my sacrificed head gasket worthwhile..
I can confirm the FelPro head gasket after being completely torqued down in 3 steps using studs at a final torque of 125 ft-lbs, the compressed thickness is .068" for the graphite/fiber area and .076" for the firing ring. I was using this gasket while using playdoh to check my piston to valve clearances.
I wrote down the before measurements. I will get those and update here.
