1991 3/4 ton Ford Ranger build

So i have a 1991 ford ranger body that i swaped onto 89 f250 frame and crammed a 7.3IDI down its throat

It fits barley with some firewall mods

Theres still a lot i need. Im searching for a zf5 or t18

Well the ranger wheel base is 114 and the f250 wheel base is 133. So there's kinda a gap but im guna put a tire holder and chain holder

Interesting project. I'm kind of surprised the left front tire is holding air. Reminds me of a co worker that had a really bad comb over hairdo...:angel:

Would be a sweet spot for two spares, toolbox, giant fuel tank, etc. neat project. I wonder how much she will weigh

move the rear axle forward. it is easy. my 86 has a WB of 115 now.

heres 115 WB when it was street legal

an update on the truck found a 7.3 zf to use, just need a gasser zf 4x4 or a divorced tcase or even both to make a doubler

WOOOO GL4x4! Finding a divorced 205 or 203 for a doubler is harder than you think. I believe in parts for sale on Gl4x4 is a divorced 205 but I can't remember if it is a Chevy or Ford case. Looks like it will be a pretty nice wheeler when it is all said and done.
