1987 6.9 F350 crew cab hard stoping Brakes

I would ditch that brake controller also. Just to eliminate one more possibility. If it does not help then i would reconnect it.

I removed the trailer line and its much better now.

There is no valve at the rear axle on my truck. Also the problem exist when truck is unloaded so that should eliminate the valve anyway I think. Question,
is the double diafram booster a newer upgrade or just the same performance differint style.
