Truck Still Earns its Keep
1986 F250 4x4 6.9 T-19 Parts Truck SOLD
I have a truck that I bought just for the flatbed. It is a 1986 F250 4x4 with a bad 6.9 and a good T-19 4 speed and 4x4 components. I have all the front clip, grill, radiator etc but I WAS NOT THE ONE who took it apart. All those parts are in the cab. The cab has some rusty floorboards but is still pretty nice. Door code is 3.55 axles and IT IS A FACTORY LIMITED SLIP. Dana 44 up frond and sterling 10.25 in rear. Don't know if it's short or long pinion. It has the front tank installed, can included a rear 18 gallon tank that doesn't leak that I have floating around, and I have a switching valve that intermittently works. Fuel lines are somewhat cut and the wiring for the switching valve is cut where the valve should be. Included is the monster gooseneck hitch plate.
I was told it was a running driving truck but that a rod broke. I can see where it tagged the oil pan by the 1 & 2 cylinders, cannot see any block damage... I've never investigated or tried to start it. Just wanted the bed.
I can include my old maroon pickup bed with the sale that is off of my 1994 F250 (which got the flatbed). The bed had fender rust and tire blowout damage but is structurally sound and not flimsy.
SOLD title in hand. I can push it up on a trailer with a tractor.
Picture of red truck is just to show the bed. I'm keeping that one!
