1986 Extended cab Lariat F250 4X4 diesel 4 speed 8 foot bed. Here is a list of what has been completed over this last year. Mechanically sound needs a little more TLC.
Removed engine for cleanup and reseal installed:
new gaskets ARP head studs
new ignition key actuator to lock steering wheel installed
new electric lift pump
new glow plugs
new babe moose injectors (Conestoga diesel)
new fuel line and O-ring
new seals for oil cooler (cleaned/rebuilt)
new battery's and cables
new hoses (radiator/heater)
new water pump and thermostat
new aftermarket gauges (oil, egt and water)
new door pins on passenger side.
new steal patch panels installed (one on bed one on each site of extcab) then lower portion of truck was roll on bed lined looks real nice looking now.
Trunk is in good condition. Air condition needs to be recharged since reinstalling engine. Brakes need to be gone through (firm pedal). Windshield is cracked. Also passenger door panel is currently removed to troubleshoot power window and lock. Drivers door is working but passenger is not currently. I purchased truck with 147,000 miles with blown head gasket. Heads were checked for straightness and complete top was redone with all parts listed above.
