    i have used this program many times on the truck. the computer is on battery power and not the cigarette lighter. i use the program almost daily on my lincoln ls....lol. It just won't even reconize the truck/ says unable to connect.

    don't buy one from a dealer, go here http://autocomputerexchange.com/ they are a lot cheaper. same for IDM's. dealer quoted me a price of $1200. Got one from tthem and paid $250 with a lifetime warranty

    have you checked to see if the HPOP is building enough pressure to fire the injectors after it's warmed up?

    I don't think any codes will pop up for the IDM. the way I found out mine was done for, was to do an injector buzz test. when nothing buzzed I figured it was that.

    need a scanner. or just pull it off the fender and shake it. it's not scientific, but you'll know if it is full of water. happens to alot of them because of where it's mounted. water is not kind to electronics.

    go on e-bay for an idm. found a company that remans them out of florida. I think the name was autocomputer exchange .com bought one for $225 with a life time warranty. my old one filled up with water.

    resevoir is full, no smoke. cranks but no hint of any sputtering. sounds like when you crank the truck with the key off. when I did the buzz test it came up all injectors have high side open.

    cleaned the screen about 1000 miles ago. fuel pump has about 30,000mi. how much boost should you have? keep in mind this truck is all original. injectors and turbo.
