    6.0 intake box

    Just wondering if anyone has put a 6.0 Powerstroke intake on a 7.3 or 6.9 IDI. Seems @snicklas was talking about how the intake box bolts up to the battery tray. If no one has tried it I may well just try it anyway, if it don’t work my buddy with a 7.3 PSD said he might buy it off me.

    Are studs really necessary for a 7.3 with a stock Hypermax turbo kit? From what I’ve read if you want to boost a 6.9 you need to stud it, but the Hypermax doesn’t boost over 14 pisseye, and thats really only under load at wide effen open, above 3k rpm.     Well this is normal.

    I thought my new Napa starter’s Bendix gear had gone bad, lifetime warranty so they gave me a new one. Still spun but wouldn’t turn the engine over. Wiring all tested good. Battery voltage good. And then I found this. I have never in my life ever seen anything like this.
