Headlight problem again...
alright so i confused my self the starter solenoid is on the starter itself the starter solenoid relay is on the fender looks like this http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?R=MPEST404SB_0362808132 from the starter you will have a black and red wire running to the relay on...- erikbala

Headlight problem again...
they are both right there the gp controller looks like this http://www.dcpcart.com/OScart/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=15&products_id=160 and should be mounted lower than the starter relay- erikbala

Not to Hijack, but im having the same issue, replaced mine no more than a month ago, tested them and they are dead. what could cause such rapid burn out? i have them on a manual button, and i don't glow more than 6 or 7 sec.- erikbala

leaky injetors /IP
its possible the o rings are bad causing the leak and the swivel, when you get your kit it will include all of the following the hose, return line t's, o rings and new clamps. there will be a slight movement from the t but will be fairly firm in its place when pressed all the way down.- erikbala

Runs better when cold
My truck dose the same also on a cold morning even after a good warm up it runs out the gears faster. Colder air condenses better!- erikbala

okay so i found the elbow at a pump shop, he gave it to me:thumbsup: but my next issue is the idle solenoid, the throttle lever on the pump dose not hit the silonoid enough to disengage it. :mad: so my question is, are the the idle up solenoid different between the 6.9l and the 7.3l:dunno...- erikbala

anybody know if the idle up solenoid on a 6.9 is different in any way from that of a 7.3, mainly shape wise that would cause my issue. any info on the ip return elbow would be greatly appreciated. i think im gonna go to the local junk ward tomorrow and see if i can find one but if i could get...- erikbala

the elbow is off the front of the ip, yet another issue has popped up, on the throttle cable there is a plactic cable guide that is broken and is now to short to guide the cable without catching and dose not allow the accelerator to be depressed, where can i find one of these. i am now...- erikbala
