Mouse, if you have any trouble with your current intake setup I have one of Brian’s twin turbo / split intake setups i can sell for the same price I got it for. I never used it, long story short Justin had reached out to me and I was able to get a single pipe intake I needed for my use case. Looking how you have it piped this could work really well.

If you cannot find the rings and have a harbor freight close by then their viton o ring kit has the correct oring, number 111, it's like $8 for the whole set and they are doing 30% off this weekend

Not a bad ideal, I have to get a digital one any ways to got with my blue point pulse box. All I have is a analog matco one, that is good for cdi ignition.

That would fit with what Im doing, but have a grid heater Im messing with. It would also fit with the thought of using a pair of these water coolers, I would have to think about it.

Well got the caps down to one slightly weeping, also found rust on the end of some the injector lines. Even with cleaning the end of lines, some have air bubbling up when tight.

So next time, will be using some these off the 6.9. The number one line is not made for the union thing, so that one will not be used but dose not leak.

It's Gotta be quite the chore to take that intake all apart to get to the fuel lines

So with lines out, I compared them and past me treated them like crush washers. So cleaned up the 7.3 ones to give them another shot..

Now there back on and pulled #8 for cleaning, there was a cut washer on the weeping return cap. I give up on the caps for now, a differnet one decided to weep. Also monkey see, monkey do and the lines where tightened till stoped leaking...

So went to find happy thoughts, while waiting for the batterys to charge again. I got a compleat exhaust on the passenger side, that tip sounds like a big heavy bell when flicked.

There was not enough power in the battterys to get it going with grid heater, since not firing on all most likely. So full throttle and tinny huffs of starting fluid while cranking, got her running. I dont think she liked being woke from hibernation, and dose not run the best. Will recheck everthing and try it again tomorrow.

Congrats on your first run. Do you know what that ticking noise is? Hard to tell from video.

That’s his pic not mine

Ah, they do look like lug nuts tho.

Not sure on that, the engine is louder than the exhaust and acks like it has a few dead cylinders. It also dose not seem to get up to the governed rpm and stumbls off idle.

Yea I hear something wrong but I can’t tell on the video. Running it with the valve covers off and verifying the torque on the rocks is a good start. I assume you know where to clock the dampener for initially installing and torquing the rockers.
