    Finished my hydroboost conversion.....wished I would of done this years ago, have awesome stopping power now. Installed new Beru glow plugs too.

    I had this same problem on my 92', but mine was intermittent, I replaced the tach sensor 3 times. I came across some instructions to remove the connector on the PCM and place some jumpers in the connector when I had no tach. The tach would work with the jumpers, telling I needed to replace PCM...

    I have had the same problem for years on my 92'. I have been replacing seems like every 3 to 6 months the alternator or regulator.....I have put a ground wire from regulator to alternator etc.....I finally had enough and just converted to a 3G alternator this weekend...easy to do, I ordered...

    I had the same problem on my 92'. I installed fresh batteries, new alternator, new regulator. My fix was running a ground wire from the ground post on the alternator to one of the regulator mounting hardware, seems regulator was not grounding well to chassis.

    This last weekend I replaced the showerheads in the front and rear tanks. Replaced passenger side window motor with a new one made by Dorman.

    Blew air back to the tank from the tank selector switch, had the fuel cap off and blew fuel on the ground....took for a test drive and no more fuel filter light. I plan on pulling the bed to gain access to the fuel senders and put on new shower caps.....will i still need to drop the tanks to...

    Yeah, i think both of my showerheads have fallen off...can only run both tanks to 1/4. So i need to check for blockage from the sending unit in the tank to the fuel tank switch? Thanks for the advise.
