Wish I had the time to tear mine down and the money to put new stuff in my ol girl. Especially since I have the body off. I know if I start pulling it apart I will end up seeing that she needs more than I got to put into her at t his moment.
Looks fantastic sir

Many thanks guys, I was a bit worried the silver would be too much but it works really well with the blue and it very good looking in the shade. I’m working on the final bit of painting then tearing into the 93 today. This engine will be running by tonight!

In other news, turbo upgrade is on the way. A customer of mine running one of my big pumps blew is 093 turbo over spinning it, so he wants me to make everything needed to bolt on an upgraded turbo, so got an entry level t3 precision turbo on the way, coming some time next week hopefully. Should be able to get some good A to B numbers with this upgrade.

And I’m beat for the night. Fought the engine going in and it just doesn’t want to line up for me, gonna finish it up tomorrow when I got more light.

Need a bigger hammer?

I've fought with stuff like that for hours for it to just literally fall into place the next day. Hopefully you have the same luck.

If it still won't go, make sure you don't have a dowel pin still stuck in the bellhousing from the old engine. Been there done that.

Well I just need to slow down and wait to have someone spot me, my issue is I cant bring the engine low enough to get the input shaft in the clutch because I have to have the engine pretty far forward to get the input shaft in. So I’m gonna try and unbolt the trans crossmember and slide the whole trans back enough that I can set the engine in the engine mounts, then bring the trans up to the engine

Pulled the trans decided to replace the 260k mile slave cylinder anyways. Trans was too dirty to bolt to the pretty engine!
