leaking coolant into the crank case.
yes this was the temp engine.
not studded.
taking the crank and rods into the shop today from my last build. to have them checked for roundness.
or maybe I shoud just work on that 7.3T I got from Russ.
the good news is that I have most of the stuff ready to go.
just gotta make a decision.

only head studs.
but now I think im just gonna take the 7.3T I got for doing asmiths truck and simply do an engine swap.
this headgasket couldn't have came at a worst time.
I literally just put a powerstroke in the shop to get rebuilt.
im just confused 7 ways from sideways right now. but this truck cant be down for long.

What happened to the engine that was powder coated blue everywhere?

I never powder coated an engine blue.
I painted it black, with powder coated accessories.

the first engine I built, cracked the block.
the 2nd was a temp engine. (pictured, you can see the gray head)
and now this.....
