Pretty sure it is this one. My power has been out for about 15 hours due to someone careless driving(knocked out the whole town) but I will confirm tomorrow

I helped my dump truck eat another E4OD. Well…

I do plan on attempting to rebuild one of these finicky slushboxes… since I now have two fubarded ones… but believe me when I say that’s not very high up the priority list… might not even be on the priority list.
My '89 came with a 3 speed E4OD.
Swapped it to a ZF5.
Was a PIA, but knowing it's a rock solid drive train is priceless.
Have only rebuilt one C6, wasn't too bad, except locating the snap ring in front of the rear planetary that keeps the output shaft from sliding out.
The only two models they ever made those for were c6 and E4OD, and they quit making spare parts 20 years ago.
Mine had become brittle and broke on removal.
Found a shop in CA that sent me all he had left for postage.
Let me know if you need one, I can't just throw them away...lol
That c6 is working away on a box truck.

Here's what I just did. Dropped my C6 to make room for a ZF5. This will be the largest, most in depth surgery on a vehicle I've ever done

I used the tailgate to hold all the top of the motor intake parts of my daily driver (a Taurus- goes by Bodacious) because I had an injector take a dump. While I was that deep into it I changed the coil packs and plugs( already had bought them) Running like a top. From

I know, I know wrong forum. I have to say though, I wish the IDI's had all these O-ring seals on intake manifolds and other mating surfaces. So easy

What's that long skinny bar in the front of the first photo, with the two holes on the right side. Breaker bar?

Never had a hard topo chico but this has me considering trying one

That would be part of a sucker/pump rod for an old open gear windmill

Honestly, I have no idea where the topo Chico came from. I don't drink it hahaha
