I'd really like one of these.

But I haven't found any sellers on the internet that has a picture of theirs. I don't like buying anything on the net without at least a picture of it.

This, for instance:
https://www.amazon.com/Banks-Power-94042-00-Breather-Assembly/dp/B01M25HUQ6

How can I be sure that I'll get the right part? I just don't like not seeing the part that is for sale.

You could always go to the Banks website to find the part number, then you don't need a picture to know what you're buying form somewhere else.
That's kind of the point.

I've shopped before, used the correct part number, and still got the wrong part.

Another option would be to put her back stock, and get the dryer vent hose out of there! Russ or Wes might have air cleaner housings lying around for the ATS/Ford turbos, or watch eBay.
Someone is selling the top half of the filter housing today, but it's only half of whats needed. Apparently it's vintage....

+1 for getting rid of the dryer hose abortion! Properly venting the CDR and running a good intake weather the stock idit airbox, which I'm partial to, or a good high flow air filter like @Thewespaul sells would be a good thing to do. I'm sure you could even fabricate something better than what's on there now...
